Only modern chief of state I can think of with a torture technique named after him (look up "Phone Call to Putin" if you wish). With his KGB background (Fifth Directorate, political dissent, and First Directorate, foreign intelligence, along with fast-track training at Dzerzhinsky Square), there's no question he was being groomed for bigger things.

The state of Arkansas should sue Putin for stealing the Tucker Telephone.

    They didn't use earlobes.

Earlobes are long gone there. Too much inbreeding in Arkansas. :D

How about appeasing the morale of the Russian army, which has been in the shits since, say, Afghanistan?

All of those jokey SEC references seem a million miles away. Its morphed into the Red Scare.

    Gotta love SJ.

I was willing to give the guy the benefit of the doubt that perhaps he'd reformed himself. Now I wonder about Bush's eyesight ("I looked into the man's soul..."). That occurred during a hunting trip in Crawford, right? Between that and Cheney's aim, I wouldn't want to go hunting in that crowd.

The Bush administration has unveiled a $1 billion plan to aid Georgia.

America: This is your small-government, fiscally conservative Republicans at work, folks.
