Georgia Dome hit by tornado?

    Had Bama not made that three-ball to go into OT, this would've happened during KY-GA warmups and intros.

    After the Hawks game or while it was going on?
    The game was finished without interruption. I can't imagine they would evacuate while the game was still being played.

    there's another cell that appears to be on the way. Not as strong as this one...but it wont do good things with an open dome.

    Well maybe the report came from someone who saw the arena was empty just after the game? Its not like they draw a crowd anyways.

    Kentucky and Georgia might be lucky to be done with their game by 1:15 a.m., then have to play at 3:30 p.m. Saturuday.

    Temperature has dropped roughly 10 degrees in the Dome, said Brando, thanks to the cold air blowing in from outside.

    also, a good argument for holding basketball games in an arena...

    At least the conference tourneys, which usually dont draw anything near a dome capacity.
