All the while, we're talking football and I'm trying to keep from just exploding in laughter. It's damn near impossible, because every time I look up from my notebook I see the chicken and the Hawaiian Punch and, worst of all, the guy's shirt.
On it, are printed the words "Big Daddy."
I have no idea how, but I made it through the interview without laughing in his face. Chalk one up for professionalism.

Here's the thing, TP. You appear to side with BBAM, who has said that he laughs all the time at Chappelle, Pryor, etc. Which would lead me to believe that he, and by extension you, believe the "joke" made by tonysoprano's co-worker was acceptable.

Hence the question, how do you think the muslim woman with the burka felt being described by a terrorist for how she looks?

If you're saying there's no difference between Chappelle, Pryor, etc., and the person who made the Al Qaeda remark, and that you don't find any of it funny, then I don't think we're as far apart on this subject as I initially thought.

So which is it?

I apologize, TP. On that, we fully agree. I mixed up a couple of tonysoprano's posts, where he said he liked Chappelle, with you, who was arguing there's no difference between Chappelle and the comment his co-worker made. That's why I thought you were arguing that the comment by tony's co-worker was OK.

The fact that you and BBAM seemed to be in agreement only added to my confusion.

It's not something I would laugh at work or outside of it, but I can agree to disagree. I don't see much chance of either of us changing the other's mind, but there's nothing wrong with some healthy disagreement.

After all, the three of us just went five pages without devolving into childish name-calling, so we've got that going for us ... which is nice (though I think TP may have called me a pig fucker at some point. I'll let it slide, though. )
