    Well, that sucks for the Yankees, though. He's probably going to be suspended by MLB for a number of games and then who knows what the Yankees' brass will say.

    Why is he going to be suspended by MLB?
    He already went to court, plead guilty and basically skated with,what, 90 days probation. Hell, they didn't even suspend his driver's license, so he can go get drunk and drive again!
