I was going more for the second definition: "Lacking in qualities that interest, stimulate or challenge," which is another way of saying boring, but I like the dictionary's way of putting it better.

Sarcasm font, sorry. She is the human equivalent of a thread that is useless without pictures. I can't imagine being the poor editor who has to read that raw copy before it's posted.
