I'm on a bus driving in the Midwest and I'm posting on SportsJournalists.com ... Life is good. OK so I don't have a life.

No way: Have the bus stop in Dodge City and/or Fort Scott, especially for the Bourbon County Fair.

Soccer in person is not so bad.

Little tough to watch on TV though.

I always found it was very hard to write an on deadline game story for as well. It just does not write itself many times. How many column inches can be dedicated to missed chances if it's a 1-0 match? And stringing quotes together just takes more time than describing scoring drives in football or scoring runs in hoops.
