Freelancer to Cover Virginia Tech Football

    Orange and Maroon Media, LLC / The Key Play is seeking one or more hard-working, self motivated, knowledgeable people to contribute to the coverage of Virginia Tech football at Thekeyplay.com.

    This position is best suited for a self-starter, who is beginning a career in journalism, and is located in the New River Valley. Thekeyplay.com reaches 55,000 unique people per month and logged near 11 MM pageviews in 2015. It's an opportunity to feature work to a large online audience and engaging community.

    Requirements include covering Virginia Tech football media sessions, open practices, scrimmages, games and press conferences.

    This is a contract based position, not full-time work. Compensation negotiable based on experience.
