Zachary Alt is suing the Highlands School District in the suburbs of Pittsburgh for mishandling of head injuries he sustained while playing football there. The school principal, assistant principal, football coach and trainer are named in the lawsuit, but oddly enough, not in the story.

Tribune-Review story on the same thing does include the names. http://www.pittsburghlive.com/x/pittsburghtrib/email/s_731287.html?_s_icmp=et

I wonder if this is going to become more common as the general public becomes more aware of the dangers of concussions.

Here's a link to the actual complaint. http://www.courthousenews.com/2011/04/11/Concuss.pdf
