  8. yeah, there's no way out

    foofs don't realize they're foofs, so they're not looking to change

    and somebody like Stephen A. is no foof. he may be annoying as hell on camera, but there's a level of sophistication in the way he approaches his job that no foof could ever dream of

    Best way is to stay where you belong: typing up bowling agate, or covering that big JV field hockey game.

    Nobody gets "un-foofed," but out of sight, out of mind.

    in more than 20 years in the biz, i don't know of any word better to use as a dismissive for anyone, be it a media member, coach/manager or gm-type. imho, anyway. :) :) :)
