finding out who is leaving comments on our Web site

that's my dilemma ... i didn't care at first -- conflict can be fun at times and good for business, even ... but it just got tiresome having a barking chihuahua yipping and yapping about everything they didn't like about the company and its employees at the end of every story ... and they left some pretty personal attacks - not libelous per se but pretty out of line in my opinion - have a meeting with the editor or publisher if you're this fired up ...

i was hoping to find out if I'm right about who it is that is leaving the comments and just approach them personally (and gently) about toning it down some ...
