Apparently typing the w-e-r was too much effort.

 

Hey, we all know the only reason Shane Battier is on the team is because Krzyzewski is the head coach. Battier isn't among the 30 best U.S. players, let alone top 15.

Yeah, I said it. What?

 

Good. If the U.S. is serious about doing well from now until 2008, they need guys like Battier. Battier is a good shooter, OK rebounder, good defender and would easily put his ego aside and play 5 minutes a game if the U.S. wins. Part of building a team means having role players and Battier will play his role.
