Was the White Sox thing a perfecto or no-hitter? Wasn't that in Seattle, also?

I'm just glad Felix waited five days to be superhuman [/angelfanthankfulforthewinfridaynight]

This is gotta be the first time we've had three perfectos in one season, right?

Yes. Braeden and Halladay both threw perfectos in '10. No more than one in a year other than that.

It feels like it's been months since we had one of these. About time.

Anybody know what the MLB record is for strikeouts in a perfect game?

Sandy Koufax and Matt Cain each had 14.

Thanks. I was digging around, but had only found it on wiki so far.

And the other person to throw a no-hitter against the Rays?

John Montgomery Ward and Lee Richmond threw perfect games in the same week in 1880, though baseball's rules were vastly different back then (including underhand pitching and 8 balls needed for a walk), so I don't know if those are officially recognized anymore.
