    He could live at 84 to be 86 and it's not dropping dead a month after he retires. It's been said above and I agree, that's why he won't quit. But Jesus, he's a broken man already.

    Thing is, the reason he's lasted so long is because he's still coaching, still active. Until the hip thing, he probably walked more in the course of a day than most all of us. That tends to keep one vibrant.
