    Trey, the Cardigans weren't a one-hit band.

Favorite GAme is much better song. They had others, too. One of them (I can't remember the name) was riffed in a Daria episode. They weren't bad.

Oddly enough, I saw them years earlier when they were a one hit wonder... but the one hit was "Pleasure and Pain."

    Sorry, Xan.

I knew my "My Favorite Game" (good song, BTW) got some airplay back then, but had no idea it went to No. 16 on the Billboard charts.

The thing is, I had a crush on Nina Person, not the music. She could've had drool running down her cavities and I would've listened.

And for good reason ... what a pair of baby blues. Hypnotizing even.

    Per Wikipedia:

"Cruel to Be Kind," was his only US Top 40 hit, reaching No. 12 on the Billboard charts in 1979.

Yeah, I wanted to argue the Nick Lowe choice, but it really was his only US hit. And there are about 10 superior songs on "Jesus of Cool" that could just as easily hit the charts. Brilliant album.
