Favorite Michael Palin sketch

I kind of enjoyed Blackmail.

My 11-year-old son's favorite is most definitely the Bicycle Tour. I'm a big fan of the Spanish Inquisition myself, because no one would expect that. [/nerd laugh]

 

Thanks for the fix Arnie. I was figuring out a way to slap Slappy through the screen for this uncalled for mistake.

On another note, Around The World in 80 Days and Pole To Pole were great.

 

One thing that I think gets overlooked with Palin is Ripping Yarns.

There is some incredibly funny stuff in there, some of which you can find on youtube.

 

Listen, goddamn it, Moddy clearly said no more Palin threads!!!!

 

Palin's published a massive (600-pages-plus) collection of his diaries of the years where Python was just taking off into superstardom, and beyond. It goes into Ripping Yarns, too.

A little too exhaustive, but I enjoyed them.

 

I need it... but tread lightly please. I'm tired and I didn't expect a Spanish Inquisition.
