    For us Jewish folk: Adam Sandler's The Hannukah Song (the first version).

    Hadn't heard that before ... cool song. I really need to check out the Pogues' catalog sometime.

    Here's a ridiculous Christmas song by The Darkness:

    Christmas Baby (Please Come Home), the U2 and Darlene Love version.

    Sleigh Ride, the Herb Alpert and Tijuana Brass version but I heard one by the Ventures the other day for the first time and that's pretty solid too.

    The Ventures' Christmas album is really, really good.

    (piano versions are a personal fav)

    (Favorite worded version is probably The Judds)

    O come, O come Emmanuel (Sixpence None the Richer does an interesting, more upbeat version:
    )

    Agreed with the earlier vote on Merry Christmas from the family, though I like Robert Earl Keen's version more than Montgomery Gentry's.

    "White Christmas" by The Drifters

    "Santa Looked a Lot Like Daddy" by Buck Owens

    "Santa Baby" by Eartha Kitt

    "All I Want for Christmas is You" by Mariah Carey

    And I don't know if it really qualifies as a "Christmas" song, but any good vocal rendition of Schubert's "Ave Maria" really does it for me (particularly the Pavarotti version) ...

    Silent Night is the greatest Christmas song ever. I don't care who sings it - although I do have a nice version by Air Supply on my phone - I can just kick back and listen to it over and over again all the year through.
