    Rick Perry is still confident the guy was guilty.
    One thing I've heard over and over is that with the lengthy appeals process that can sometimes go on for a decade or two, by the time somebody is executed, he's had more than enough chance to prove that he was not guilty so at some point, you just have to tell him he's shit out of luck.

    The cover-up attempt is so blatant it's probably criminal.

    If Ronnie Earle hadn't retired, he'd have a hard-on the length of the Congress Street Bridge right now.

    This entire story makes me sick. No way Perry ever admits that Willingham was innocent no matter what the evidence says.
