Fashion's Blind Spot: Why doesn't the industry recognize it has a race problem?

    And the ugly women. Rarely do i see butt-ugly women in ads or the runway.

    I don't know, but it seems like status is more important. Look at some of the weird outfits for outrageous prices they peddle. They certainly aren't even attempting to reach down to the upper-middle class.

    They are indirectly selling you clothes by making you respect their brand.

    Um, the plus-size fashion industry, and plus-size modeling, is exploding and far from dowdy anymore.

    Some of the outrageous stuff on the runways would make me want to flee far away from anything the designer put out.
