Wait a minute...isn't Vlad's contract up after this coming season? He signed a five-year deal prior to 2004, right? That would mean he's up after this year. So why extend him STARTING IN 2010? I guess he'll take off 2009?

Well, he does put in just as much time as the other guys.

 

Fanboi willy prolly get this thing wrong, but the extension is probably right. There's a club option for 2009, so he's a FA in 2010.

Not so sure my friend. The Angels guide I'm looking at right here says signed thru 2008.

It also says he's got six kids. He's giving Travis Henry a run for his alimony.

And four of the kids' names begin with VL-. Those kids could kick the shit out of the Klemens Kids.
