Sorry if this is a db, searched Bieber and the first thing that came up was the thread where the girl said Justin knocked her up. Is there an update on that?

Anyway, this chap Moir looks nothing like Bieber. The articles on nj.com usually are not the best the internet has to offer but I'm wondering how he's not in custody if he also talked with a "Toronto undercover police officer he thought was 14 and sought to meet earlier this month."
