    Now - speaking of epic fail -- the Buffalo Bills are closing in on hiring Chan Gailey......

    Oh, geeze.

    Why fire Dick Jauron if you're going to replace him with Chan Gailey?

    Was Dennis Erickson not available?

    Without Peyton, Tony Dungy's a one-trick defensive pony who never, ever gets a serious sniff.

    Next.

    Is there a better indicator by which to grade? And while the kicker missed, it's squarely on the coach when that other idiot kicked the challenge flag and drew a penalty.

    Turner, Philips, Kubiak, et al...always counted on to do less with more...

    How is it Turner's fault that Vincent Jackson did something that moronic? Does he have a reputation or something?

    I'm not a Norv Turner fan. But if he's considered a failure because of the Jets game (what the suggestion on this thread has been) and what San Diego did this season, there are at least 28 to 30 coaches in the NFL who deserve to be fired.

    I'm guessing that Rivers just loves Turner. That is the only reason I can think of that would justify this move.

    Just another brick in the wall of fail for Norv.

    Oh Christ. ::)

    Yeah, check out who he had playing quarterback when he nearly got to the Super Bowl with the Bucs......

    Exactly, you just fired the defensive version of Chan Gailey and now you've hired the offensive version of him - him being a burnt out old coach whose career as a head coach defines mediocrity.

    those dallas teams with gailey as coach weren't exactly filled with future hall of famers.

    and this:

    how is that on the coach?
