    I never owned a pair of the high-top boots, but the low-cut ones? I wear them all the time with jeans. Me and Eddie Vedder. I have four pairs, with the oldest being over a decade. All I've ever had to do is replace the laces and the foot liners.

    I also still wear my Doc shoes on occasion.

    Tube tops and hot pants.

    Growing up, I had a navy blue pea coat

    and then graduated to several U.S. Army field jackets in the winter

    and an Eisenhower jacket in the summer

    They were bitchin'. Military gear was high fashion in high school from 1968-72.

    I can't believe no one has mentioned oversized sweatshirts over spandex.

    All those 80's things you all are describing, though.. I was all of them. I wore jelly shoes, inside out sweatshirts, hammer pants. And my bangs started at the crest of my head, I think.
