    I feel sorry for those poor bastards. Just a couple of New York hustlers who saw a free nice suitcase, and now they're the subjects of a nationwide alert. If they're smart, they'll call the FBI and turn over the suitcase to the feds if the NYPD isn't there. I'm betting they have warrants.
