Saw this earlier today. Tremendous stuff. Always been a fan of The Standard. Now even more.

Suspect identified. It is notable how quickly authorities are able to crack cases when it's a non-suicide bombing. McVeigh, the Boston Marathon, etc. It's almost as if they know their jobs.

It would seem so, since the suspect's last known address was Jersey. But unless he decides to indulge in suicide by cop, and his MO certainly seems concerned with self-preservation, he'll soon be caught and we'll know much more. Guy's 5-6, 200, his body type will stand out wherever he goes.

CNN has video of suspect being stretchered into an ambulance.

Was curious that they were allowed to shoot it so closely and clearly.

Dude's an utter failure. His bombs didn't go off as he planned, and he didn't die a martyr for his cause. Total loser who gets to spend the next few decades rotting away while thinking about it.

It would be hard to think of more efficient law enforcement work. Suspect in custody in about 36 hours, and best of all, taken alive so he can be interrogated.

He'll be in iso in the federal corrections center in Manhattan after he's out of hospital care. But he'll have plenty of law enforcement personnel in his room for 18 hour a day chitchat.

Yup. They finally shot someone in the knee. An American citizen from NJ, which should give pause to those that were hoping for a muslim extremist.
