Exercising at work

    It might be called a Geek a Cycle, but it looks like a good way to get exercise while working at the desk.

    I can't do anything at work, but I won't miss more than two days a week at the most of hitting the gym. I usually end up working out for 1 1/2-2 hrs. That insanity has only come on recently though, so I'm sure I'll scale back one day.

    I agree. If they had this in my office I'd go back to journalism full-time.

    And Buck, I'd probably cool down for a few minutes before my interview.
