It's not exclusive to athletes or some male members of the media. It's everywhere, any industry, and it's been swept under the rug. It's been ignored, tolerated, excused and bought off by settlements. It's disgusting but you've got to be kidding if you're asking if masochism, sexism, and degration of women in the workplace (or anywhere else for that matter) is a "new trend".
