Erotic WSJ tech support

    Just finished working out a password/username issue for my WSJ online subscription and the tech support rep left me in tears.

    When she confirmed the problem she prompted me to enter my username/password.

    I told her it would take a minute for me to get it in, she replied: "That's alright. You'll hit the right spot. I know you will."

    The funny part was that she sounded as old as my grandmother and smoked two packs a day.
