Enough whining about the government leaking testimony to S.F. Chronicle

    I have said repeatedly, here and elsewhere, that I always believed (as a result of a conversation with a reprter friend who used to cover the federal courts) that Victor Conte was the one leaking grand jury testimony transcripts, but over and over again, some of you kept thumping the same drum that it was the federal proscecutors who were out to get Barry Bonds because they couldn't make the case against him.

    Well, looks like it was Conte after all. So let's stop crying about the feds not protecting Bonds right to lie his ass off.
