"A guard dog has ripped apart a collection of rare teddy bears, including one once owned by Elvis Presley."

My dog has done this. Normally, I keep her happy with $1 stuffed animals from a thrift store, though. She's never beheaded a $75k one, for which I am grateful.

On the Today show this morning, David Gregory, who was doing the news, reported the story. Then, in a complete deadpan voice, he said something like "The Doberman has issued a statement of regret and wants to meet with leaders in the Teddy Bear community to discuss an appropriate path for healing."

    Hilarious.
