E&P story on editors 'struggling' with furloughs

That would be like work. When you're on furlough, you're not supposed to be working. In fact, if you work for your paper while you're on furlough, you get paid for that day and have to take another furlough day.

But could she still use Twitter?

Sure, only if she's lovely and talented.

Seriously, when I first read that E&P story, I thought, 'What a waste of time that could have been spent writing something more important about furloughs."

Did E&P change the headline? Struggle doesn't appear now, it's the word "challenge" instead.
If so that's good, because it would be a gross misuse of the word.

I am struggling to finish all this caviar!

Yes it is such a struggle to get by without a blackberry.

The week I get to turn my cell phone off for a week - too poor for a blackberry - will be the best day of my life.

I guess these people can just get over not getting paid for a week.

I had actually used 'struggle' as my own description for the story. Sorry for any confusion.
