He should try and plead it down to leaving the scene of an accident.

    First offense, right?

  3. If citizenship rights can be taken without due process, then citizenship is a useless legal concept.

The media already are working on getting the acquittal by continually showing the picture of him from when he was an innocent-looking 14- or 15-year-old. Reminds me a lot of the Travon Martin case and the pictures they chose to run of both Travon and Zimmerman.

That said, he's a citizen and this is a criminal case. I have no problem with that, as long as the charges remain federal and the death penalty is on the table.

CO makes sense. I am looking at it differently, I guess. What if this guy was working in concert with a foreign government or entity? I guess that can't be proven without a trial.

FYI, taking citizenship has been done before.

Let's hope he gets a fair trial so when it's over we can take him out back and hang him.

Tony, I find it hard to understand how you can square your desire to see this charged as a federal offense with your politics.

I don't see that. Even Starman who is a good representative of the liberal media
wanted to stick jumper cables on him to make him talk.

Looks like it was key that Knauer was a Nazi BEFORE and AT THE TIME he took the oath.
