Drifting satellite threatening cable TV broadcasts

A runaway satellite in space is creeping toward another satellite used by U.S. cable TV operators. The two satellites operate on the same frequency, so interference is likely. Which means, I could be without my Real Housewives of New Jersey episodes in a few weeks. This is scary.

Ha! Galaxy 15 is also a major satellite used by news networks (and local stations) for pulling in video from everywhere and for live shots. They can certainly grab from other satellites, but what a mess.
