    DOWN GO THE PATRIOTS!

Looks as though they won't finish 19-0, but will in fact finish 18-1.

Next thing you'll tell me is that my Betamax is useless.

Obviously you didn't see me rolling down the highway this morning bopping my head to the soundtrack to Jesus Christ Superstar.

The horseless carriage is putting blacksmiths out of work! An outage?

What is next? Will doctors now quit using leeches to bleed bad humours out of us?

Ok, now it's time to do something completely different........gear the convo on-topic.

I think this is terrific news. Of course, I'm one of those people that refused to jump in until a winner was decided, but now that Blu Ray is a go, I'll probably.......still do nothing but sit around and rock my DVDs.

Thinking about getting an HDTV, but don't care enough right now to spend what amounts to a month's salary to watch the Golden Girls look older.
