AL Managers to their pitchers in Interleague games. I hate the idea to give up outs even at risk of pitchers getting hurt.

i haven't seen this done. i know the yanks told mo tivera not to swing the other night but he decided eff that and lined out to summer. what i have seen is pitcher's taking it one base at a time. that's wise, especially after the yanks lost wang for the season last year running the bases.

but again the dh vs. no-dh debate is in full bloom. i hate the nl, the only league in pro ball not using the dh. man, do pitchers have it easy in the nl.

no wonder the al has to overspend for pitchers. i truly detest the "old-school" game. makes a boring game even harder to watch. eff the added "strategy." it sucks.

Red Sox reliever Ramon Ramirez apparently didn't listen.
