Disney's been groping parents for years.

I doubt this lawsuit gets anywhere. Disney might pay her money to drop the lawsuit but it won’t be any more than it would cost to go to trial.
    Quality.

Meanwhile, Daisy Duck laments not getting a piece of that action.

Amazingly, this case endures. A judge ruled that it can go on in Pennsylvania. Disney was arguing it should take place in Florida. I remembered the thread because of the great response about her being too late to sue the pants off him.

Meanwhile, we're still waiting for the PTS class action suit by those who actually paid to see "Howard the Duck."

Haven't seen it in many years, and no, I didn't pay to see it. But seeing it as a teen on HBO, I thought it was pretty funny.

Don't know how this exactly relates, but I figured this video was worth mentioning. Maybe he can use his traumatizing experience as a defense.

Didn't we just have a story on here a few days about about Tigger sucker-punching some kid who tried to unzip his costume?

$50K doesn't even fall in the "cost of doing business" category for Disney.

The whole thing is just one big canard (could not resist).
