Does belly sweat destroy your credibility?

Discussion in 'Anything goes' started by Batman, Aug 15, 2006.

  1. How can anyone take you serious when you have belly sweat? That's almost as bad as being bald.

Anybody who is working outside on ahot summer day is going to sweat.
Unless you've got some kind of weird disorder that causes you to  sweat in stinking, drenching sheets, I wouldn't worry about it too much.
Bathe. Wear deodorant. Don't booze like a college student or eat 5 pounds of kimchee the night before.

If anyone knows belly sweat (or back hair) - its Buck

This is exactly why I hate when I forget how hot a day is going to be and wear a gray shirt. I don't know if it's credibility, but I always feel like I've lost a little respect if people catch a view of my back when I'm walking away.

    It's true.
I look like a guy wearing a gorilla suit with a Martin Brodeur mask on.

Good advice. But make sure you get the antimicrobial stuff, otherwise your sweat gets absorbed into the drifit material and really starts to get stinky. I have a tonne of tech wear but it's strictly for workouts and play.
I'm a girl and I sweat. And I am not ashamed of that.

My goal is to get in good enough shape to wear Under Armour shirts.

Please don't discount my advice about the kimchee.
Yes, it's delicious, but it does make stink.
