Does anyone know anything about UK court system?

I am contemplating a freelance project that revolves around a crime that took place in the UK. Does anyone know if the court records (i.e. transcripts) are freely available there as they are in the US? (The trial took place at the Old Bailey.) And even if they are, as an American citizen, would I be able to access them, or is it only for UK citizens?

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated, as some internet searching hasn't really given me much.

    Thanks.

Here, potentially, is a real answer, or at least a link to one: http://www.ico.gov.uk/

The Wildcats tend to break NCAA rules more than most college athletic departments. They have been slapped on the wrist several times, and Cleveland State has been hammered with severe penalties.
