    AP Sport Digest today is budgeting a story that Bruce Sutter has been hired to coach the New Jersey Devils.

    He'll be welcomed with open arms if he's still got his beard. Wonder if he'll start a new trend with a starting goalie and then bring in a closer goalie in tight games?

    Does anybody find it strange that the biggest college hockey supporter in the NHL (Lou) hired one of the most anti-college hockey guys you can find?
