Did anyone read about the Michael Strahan Divorce? Beyone nasty

Great Page 6 stuff.

As for the trial, at times it seemed tougher than a goal-line stand. Hard-bitten divorce lawyers said they were stunned at the level of vitriol.

“It’s just naked aggression,” Mr. Felder said. “This is New Jersey ‘Götterdämmerung.’ ”

And Mrs. Strahan seems to be, um, slightly shallow:


As for spending $27,000 on clothes for the twins, Mrs. Strahan testified that her daughters “like to be accessorized.”

“Isabella doesn’t like to leave the house without a purse,” said Mrs. Strahan, who will have custody of the girls.

 

Wow. What a bitch.

Advice for guys: don't get a divorce. You lose, every time.

She's 41 and he's 34. I would not have guessed that. I wonder if she will accuse him of having acute body odor.

She might be a bitch, but he seems a bit culpable as well:

"She accused her husband of beating her, secretly videotaping her sister undressing and carrying on affairs with three different women, including one nicknamed Cupcake."

And stupid:

"But Mr. Strahan’s lawyers have argued that the Strahans agreed to verbally void the arrangement shortly after their marriage, and that she is owed only $7 million of his estimated $23 million."

Good luck proving that verbal agreement ...

Also interesting, at least to me, is Strahan marrying someone older:

"The 41-year-old Mrs. Strahan, a former cosmetics store manager ..."

 

I thought she accused him of being gay?

 

Why is divorce so expensive?

Because it's worth it...

 

The article mentions that ... without clickng back into it, I think she said her words were misconstrued or something ... that basically Strahan started hanging out with this guy (living with?) and she, wrongly, intimated Strahan was gay.

 

So basically she's saying she was misquoted in a deposition? Nice.
