Yeah, except most of that is taken up paying $3.40 a gallon for diesel.

 

Cal Thomas floated the same stupid line of thinking the other day. Yeah, if Hillary and Obama would shut up, the economy would be just perfect. Never mind the fact that those unhinged liberals like Alan Greenspan and the CEO of Nissan said we were headed into a recession last week.

But from the script of noted economist Otto Yerass doesn't impress me, either.

 

It was those liberals running our major financial institutions who gave all out of that bad-risk credit.

No, but liberals were clamoring for lenders to give everyone the chance to be a homeowner, their income and credit be damned. And they're the same liberals complaining about the lenders foreclosing.
