I don't have a problem with this. The reasoning is solid. Each has their own lungs, they each need an oxygen mask in case of emergency.

I'm with Claude. That's the way it works. Sorry lady.

I just want to add a "me too" to this. The airline's logic is perfectly sound. Nothing wrong with it. Each twin has her own lungs, so they each need an oxygen mask.

Give them credit for one thing, though, they did put thought into an option where the woman only has to pay for one seat.

It's business. What sort of discount should they receive?

Well, the kids will only fit in one seat.
In essence, they are being asked to pay for an oxygen mask.
It's not they want a discount, they don't want to pay for a seat they won't use.

Probably could've come up with a snappier title for the thread. I guess I just think conjoined twins are funny, in that "Look, it's a siamese twin!" kind of way.

Wow. There's something to brag about. "I find people born with shared organs who will have to undergo highly dangerous surgery just to live apart to be really funny."

Maybe you should run your posts by an adult before you click 'reply.'
