Dehydration

So I was taking a leak today, and the liquid was dark yellow. Basically, that means I'm not drinking enough water, since that's all I drink during the day.

But every time I notice this, I always think there should be some rhyme to help people remember that you should let your urine be your guide when it comes to dehydration. Something like:

If it's yellow, you've been too mellow
Clear pee and you're .... I dunno.

Any ideas?

If it's clear, you're in the clear
If it's yellow, you're fucking dehydrated.

Good?

 

If I'm peeing and it's not blood or kidney stones I'm happy... ;D

Even if you drink a lot of water, your pee can be dark yellow if you're taking vitamins or antibiotics.

 

I need a little more creativity please.
