Defensive two-point conversion

    In Saturday's WAZZU-Notre Dame game, the Cougs blocked an extra point attempt. The Coug that picked up the ball could have scored if he had a blocker. However, the moron, er, teammate who should have been a blocker was instead celebrating the team making its first good defensive play of the game. The guy running it back got to about the 7 or so as it was.

    I knew there had to be one. Looking at the box score on Wiki, it appears MSU didn't have to attempt a conversion, which is a bit odd since A&M theoretically could have returned it. There's probably an overtime-specific rule, though, that says if the team going second in OT scores to go ahead, the game is over.
