    Sorry, Jani, Warrant isn't on my list, but you provided enjoyment to me anyway. Anyway, my list:

    1. Skid Row (Sebastian Bach = one of the greatest voices ever)
    2. White Lion (Went through my hippie phase in the '80s)
    3. Bon Jovi (Homage to the pioneers)
    4. Tesla (If only for Five Man Acoustic Jam)
    5. Cinderella (Coming Home is probably the best song of that entire era)

    Your turn...

    1. Poison
    2. Night Ranger (which just released a new album in June. Sounds much like their earlier stuff, but still pretty good).

    1. GNR
    2. Motley Crue
    3. Poison
    4. Warrant
    5. Def Leppard

    Honorable mention to White Lion, who had one of my favorite albums of all time in Pride. And I should note that my top five is pretty much interchangeable, based on my mood. At one point, I lived and died with Def Lep, then there were days that all I wanted was Vince and Tommy and the Crue.

    1. Crue (Pure sleaze and good fun...erratic as hell live though)
    2. Skid Row (Never saw Skid Row with Bach...but I did see Bach solo twice...he's one of the best showman in rock..period)
    3. Cinderella (Quality musicians)
    4. W.A.S.P. (Blackie Lawless!)
    5. Ratt (Good songwriters...Round and Round was a great video)

    Do Def Leppard and G&R really count? I would never have thought to put them in this group.

    1. Stryper (most of you know them...so no need to link)
    2. Bride (
    )
    3. Guardian (
    )
    4. Whitecross (

    I'll call it more encompassing 80s metal than strictly hair/glam metal.

    1. GNR
    2. Motley Crue
    3. Def Leppard
    4. Poison
    5. love Whitesnake but will probably go with Bon Jovi because I listened to the shit out of Slippery When Wet.
