Deadline emergency: "Transmit" help

    Sister paper in chain emails and says football photos are in Transmit.

    Called/emailed/texted photog and haven't gotten answer back.

    Can you access transmit without Mac/Apple?

    Don't want to "out" the paper here, but I'll tell what information I need in a p.m.
