Covering a PGA Champions Tour event

    That's a good one. The Champions Tour is an incredibly closed shop, very few spots are available through Q-school (and even fewer as of the past couple years) and, if I'm not mistaken, there are only two spots open through weekly qualifiers as opposed to four on the PGA Tour (granted, the regular tour has bigger fields). I know a very good club pro who went through q-school every year and played in a handful of events via qualifiers and sponsor exemptions, but this past year he gave it up. It was too much of an uphill battle and he thought the cards were really stacked against no-name guys like him.
