Could Pacquiao have Parkinson's?

A prominent neurologist in the Philippines thinks he might. And obviously this is causing quite a stir there.

"There are some movements that you will notice with his hands. It's in the hands, and not the head, where you can easily see this. It twitches a little bit. Although I haven't seen it up close, I think I am seeing that there are some signs."

The doc hasn't treated Pacquiao, so take it for what it's worth, but those are pretty scary words involving a 34-year-old. Pacquiao brushed it off, but his trainers say he's going to be checked out at a brain clinic in Vegas.

Uh-huh. Hasn't treated Pacquiao, but the doctor is able to make a diagnosis of a neurological disorder via video from another continent. Nice job getting your name in all the papers, doc.

Maybe the neurologist went to the Bill Frist school of medicine. I remember when he, a heart surgeon, was able to tell from looking at a grainy video that Terry Schiavo had brain functions.

Any doctor willing to diagnose a patient whom they have never even met with isn't worth a damn.

Which was even funnier when you consider his party is the one that didn't want big government telling patients what to do with their health.
