CBS2 says four dead, no idea if there's anyone dead beyond those on the plane.

Am I the only one annoyed that the newscasters (at least those on Ch2) are sounding more shaken now that someone famous likely died in the crash? as if it wouldn't have been as sad if two joe blows were on the plane instead?

Terrible, terrible tragedy. I hope I'm not going to get in trouble for saying at the very least this isn't terrorist related.

And if Pat Gillick hadn't made that SHITTY, SHITTY Abreu trade, Cory Lidle (and whoever else died) would still be alive.

    Blood's on your hands, Pat.

Mike and the Mad Dog, arguing with Lidle 48 hours ago, are now saying to postpone the Mets game.

No way will the game(s) get postponed. TV, money, all that. But I wouldn't be opposed to it.

A case could be made that it would be in awful taste to play it. Not that Bud Selig knows anything about good taste.

I can't see the A's game getting postponed, but a very good case could be made for postponing the Mets game.
