Cool new Halloween commercial!

Howdy folks-

I'm resurfacing from months and months and mountains and mountains of work to share my latest commercial with you (for those of you who don't know, I'm an ad guy).

It's for Goodwill of Southern California. The spot's meant to remind you that Goodwill's a great place to create a costume, vs. wearing a boring, ready-made costume. For years, I've always concocted my costumes there.

On a personal front, the folks at Goodwill are such wonderful people. The work they do and the tireless efforts they make to help physically and mentally handicapped people (as well as reformed addicts, battered wives and homeless people) help themselves is phenomenal.

Obviously, since they are a non-profit organization, the money they have to spend on advertising isn't huge. I'd love it if you could take a moment to check it out on youtube. It's a really fun spot. Watch it a few times! Share it with all your friends on email! We'd love to help them get the message out to as many folks as possible.

I always make my Halloween costumes at Goodwill, it's lots of fun.

wcv, I really like the idea and I think the commercial is visually grabbing. But if I hadn't read your first post, I wouldn't have had any idea what it was for. A Halloween party at Goodwill? Halloween decorations? No idea. My only suggestion would be adding something like "Build your" to the "Goodwill Halloween" at the end.

But it's definitely cool.
