    Injured for the Tigers:
    --Elvis Fisher (out for season)
    --Kendial Lawrence
    --Jerrell Jackson
    --Will Ebner
    --Jacquies Smith

I think Franklin will be fine. How soon remains to be seen

I know who ain't complaining: Maryland and Under Armour. A mediocre team in a mediocre conference got tons of notoriety and a sports marketing blogger for Forbes (Rishe, I believe) estimated that the free pub on social media and TV and the internet was worth 20 percent of Under Armour's total media buys for last year.

Good for them, but what does that have to do with the price of tea in China if everyone is laughing at them?

    This.

Again, bad buzz is not good buzz.

Before the game about 99 percent of the country didn't know a thing about Maryland football. Now anyone who did learn anything knows they're the team with the awful uniforms. Brilliant marketing, Kevin.

Just think of the notoriety if they'd come out in hazmat suits.

Publicity is a tool, not a goal. You could play in the nude and generate all the publicity humanly possible.

How does one quantify the embarrassment of being a BCS team that is being so badly outplayed at home that the FIU cheerleaders are clearly audible?

Louisville didn't beat Murray State by terribly much. Not a very good team, apparently. Florida International's defense beat up Louisville.

Arizona State leading Mizzou early. But the real upset is that Nike finally came up with decent uniforms.

Here's an interesting Top 25. Or mocking of the Top 25. Whatever.
